My name is Betty Nnah and I am a member of the young African hangout which is powered by the millennial community impact network; and the founder for the sexual harassment eschew project, known as the “She Project”. A lot of organizations have taken it as a responsibility to cather and fight for abused girls, but do we really need to wait until these girls are victimized before an action is taken? The She project is focused on helping to prepare these underaged girls for the future, protecting and preventing them from this ill-happening called sexual harassment and abuse. We also envisage a society where underage and teenage girls are free from all forms of sexual attacks, and are able to stand up against the perpetrators.

This we hope to achieve by: reaching out to underaged and teenage girls through sensitization on sex education and their environment; and also by carrying out campaign to the general public on the vulnerability of the underaged and teenage girls on sexual abuse through rallies, outreaches, social media, and media houses.
